ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to our Head of Client Success, the successful candidate will be the bridge between our fantastic clients and our talented internal teams. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring clear communication, and overseeing the seamless delivery of our digital marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and excellent communication.
  • Develop effective digital marketing strategies for clients, utilising and recommending a range of approaches, channels and techniques to achieve overall business goals.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and ensure clear understanding of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Social Media etc.) to translate client goals into actionable digital marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and present regular reports and updates to clients.
  • Identify and manage client queries and concerns, finding efficient solutions.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into our service.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong client service processes.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, client services or a related field.
  • Experience in delivering effective digital marketing strategies.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and key channels (particularly SEO, PPC and Social Media).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • A passion for the digital marketing industry and a desire to learn and grow.
